Choirs
Participation in AFA choirs provide opportunities for people with and without disabilities to engage in the performing arts while boosting self-esteem and destigmatizing the lives of those living with disabilities. Many of our choir members have been with their choir for over a decade and rely on the socialization and structure that the rehearsals and performances provide in their lives. Choir members also learn about pitch, tone, rhythm, movement, and composition. Some choirs use instruments, such as tone chimes, drums and rhythm sticks to broaden the musical experience and maximize participation by everyone.

Health and Wellness Policy
Due to the of contagious nature of cold, flu and other respiratory diseases, and their disproportionate impact on people with compromised immune systems and the elderly, masks are encouraged during in-person programs for all who can comply. Masks will be provided. If you are experiencing active cold or flu symptoms, please do not attend in-person programming. Many of AFA's programs offer virtual options. Please contact info@artsforallwi.org or call 608-241-2131 if you have questions or for more information about accessing virtual programming.
Person-Centered Care
At Arts for All Wisconsin, helping participants reach their personal goals is an important part of the work we do. In our classes and workshops, we practice person-centered care, an approach that emphasizes individuals' autonomy in making choices in order to fulfill their goals and needs.
Would you like to share your person-centered assessment and plan with us so that we might better assist you in meeting your goals? Please contact Jennie at jennie@artsforallwi.org for more information.
