Jessiye Davis

Development Director

Jessiye Davis (she/her) is an accomplished fundraiser and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility specialist, with deep expertise in grant writing, fund development, and strategic planning for nonprofit organizations. Our first Milwaukee-based Development Director, Jessiye, brings a proven ability to craft competitive grant proposals, conduct in-depth research, and foster strategic partnerships to drive growth and address systemic inequalities.

Jessiye has been with AFA since 2026.
