Risa Hill

Risa Hill (she/her) holds a bachelor's degree in music performance in voice from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She has played the piano for about 20 years and is an active church musician, singing in the New Voices choir in Appleton. Risa says, "I truly believe that music is a universal language. I have had such profoundly impactful experiences engaging in music with so many amazing people. I feel that engaging in music is an extremely therapeutic practice, and doing so with a group of people brings me immense joy."

Risa joined AFA in 2026.
