Arts Classes


Explore the creative arts through classes and workshops in visual art, movement and dance, drama, and music. Classes are taught by professional teaching artists.

A limited number of scholarships are available through the generosity of ARTS for ALL Wisconsin sponsors. Please follow the Scholarship Request button under Useful Links.

YOUTH Arts Classes

Music and Me

Registration Opens March 21!

Join us for early childhood music and movement expression! Each five-week class is led by an ARTS for ALL Wisconsin music instructor working with a representative from CI Pediatric Therapy Centers. These group sessions support therapeutic goals for children with disabilities ages 3-6 with engaging music and movement practices. Activities will address developmental goals such as group participation, listening and responding, and sensory integration.

ADULT (16+) Arts Classes

Summer Classes (May 31 - July 29)*

ALL classes are IN-PERSON
A VIEW-ONLY LIVESTREAM option is also available, as a stand alone choice or for In-Person participants unable to attend classes due to illness, transportation issues, weather, et cetera. If you choose to join an in-person class, rest assured that you can join the livestream of the class remotely if you need to.
All classes meet weekly for 9 weeks for $90. That's just $10 a class!

Each class limited to 8 participants

Please review our vaccine policy before registering for classes.

In brief, all in-person participants, teaching artists, and other regularly attending people are required to:

  • show proof of "full vaccination" status against COVID in person or at registration
  • wear masks when indoors unless prohibited by disability
  • report COVID symptoms

* No class on Monday, May 30 (Memorial Day) or Monday, July 4 (Independence Day)


Music Exploration MUSIC & MOVEMENT

Music with Junko

Join us for this joyful journey in music exploration! We will sing and use homemade instruments to connect with one another and make music together.

Creative Movement MUSIC & MOVEMENT

Dance with Luv

Participants will have the opportunity to dance together (virtually) to their favorite music. The class will begin with the structure to warm up and provide opportunity for creative expression and exploration.

Exploring Printmaking VISUAL ART

Visual Art with Jennie

In this class we'll explore a variety of printmaking techniques, creating art prints with textures, colors, and shapes. We will print cards, booklets, and larger pieces, and experiment with ways to incorporate printmaking into our artistic vision.

Open Studio provides opportunities for self-directed exploration in visual arts. Participants looking for dedicated space and time to create independently have access to the versatile work spaces of our Art Center, along with a large selection of materials and adaptive tools, all in the company other artists.
Continue to explore skills or materials introduced in arts classes, develop your own unique projects, or create art pieces to exhibit and sell. Open Studio is a time for furthering your personal artistic goals without pre-defined lessons.

Mr. Mike's Music Club IN-PERSON

Music with Mike

Let's all sing the songs we love! We'll do old favorites, new hits, seasonal songs, music to learn by and much more. We'll make new friends, watch fun videos together, and share our lives in song.

Paper Collage VISUAL ART

Visual Art with Jennie

Paper collage is art made with torn and cut paper. In this class we’ll explore making collage posters using old magazines, decorative papers, and fabric embellishments.
