You can support Arts for All Wisconsin through your estate. 

Planned or deferred gifts help us plan for the future and can include bequests in your will, insurance policy beneficiary naming, IRA or other retirement beneficiary naming, and more.

One of the simplest ways to leave a legacy is through a bequest in your will. You can do this by designating a certain amount or percentage to be left to Arts for All Wisconsin.

Your attorney can advise you regarding the options that may be available, and can make arrangements for a gift that is designed to best meet your personal situation and needs.

What is a Bequest?

Bequests are gifts through wills. There are different types of bequests, including the list below.

1. Cash and a variety of assets
2. Beneficiary Designations:
   • Traditional IRA
   • 401(k)
   • 403(b)
   • Life insurance policies
   • Keogh
   • SEP
   • Simple IRA and Roth accounts
3. Payable-on-death (POD) accounts:
   • bank and credit union accounts
   • Certificates of Deposits
   • U.S. Savings Bonds
4. Transfer-on-death (TOD) accounts:
   • Stocks, bonds, and brokerage accounts can be transferred to a charity upon death

How do I join the Arts for All Wisconsin Legacy Circle?

When you designate us as a benificiary of a legacy gift of any amount, you become a member of our Legacy Circle. Members are recognized in our print and digital materials and given special invitations to events.

1. Make arrangements for a gift of any amount to Arts for All Wisconsin, Inc. through your will or another estate planning document When creating your will consider providing this sample bequest language to your attorney: “I give to Arts for All Wisconsin, Inc. (tax ID number 39-526913) whose address is 1709 Aberg Avenue, Suite 1, Madison, WI, 53704, _______ (insert either dollar amount or a percentage) in support of its full mission."
2. Complete and sign our Statement of Deferred Gift Provision document and return to us via email or by mailing it to our office
3. Notify your loved ones of your intention to give
