Zelda Bean
"I started making art as a child. I flourished in high school and even helped my fellow classmates win at state for Visual Arts Classic. Other than my high school education, am self taught. I share my art with my roommates at the group home. I am grateful for my basement studio and that I have art to help me with my schizoaffective disorder.
Like Picasso, I could draw a picture at a young age. I took on abstract art at the age of twenty to renew my love of art. I like painting until I see an image that I didn't intend. I use my schizoaffective to my advantage to use the connections I see to make beautiful art."
